Big shoutout to Lorraine at All Raw — she’s been amazing. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. She really listened, gave thoughtful advice, and didn’t rush anything. You can tell she actually cares.
She recommended the Valerian for my dog Lenny, who usually gets quite reactive on walks. Since using it, he’s been so much calmer — like genuinely chilled even in situations that would normally set him off. It’s made our walks so much easier.
But more than that, it was just nice to feel looked after. No hard sell, just proper support from someone who knows their stuff and actually wants to help. Thanks so much Lorraine — and the whole All Raw crew!

I was feeding my dog kibble from Tesco 🦴 alongside raw food, unsure if a raw diet alone was enough. Unfortunately, he became constipated and miserable. 😞
