Meet the Team 💚🐾
With a few changes over the last year, we thought it would be a lovely time to properly introduce the people behind All Raw. We're all dog lovers first and foremost, and every member of the team brings their own experiences, favourite products, and furry family members to the table.
Lydia – Founder & Professional Dog Fuss-er 🐶
I started All Raw back in 2020, and honestly it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. What began as a small shop has grown into something I'm incredibly proud of. My passion has always been helping dogs live healthier lives through better nutrition, and I'm constantly learning. I recently attended the Natural Dog Expo and love bringing new ideas and knowledge back to the stores.
At home I have Sherlock, my first dog, Dodo (my little Chinese rescue mix), and two cats called Cat and Kitty (yes, really!). Dodo can get quite itchy during the summer months, and one of my current favourite products is Milk Thistle, which has been brilliant at helping support her body during allergy season.
You'll usually find me at our Washington Road Maldon store or running our South Woodham Ferrers Hub. If you ever need advice, have questions about feeding, or just want to chat about dogs, I'm always happy to help.
Dawn – Sensitive Tummy Specialist 💚![]()
Dawn joined All Raw in 2025 after realising she missed talking about dogs all day far more than office life! She brings a calm, caring approach to the team and has a wealth of real-life experience managing sensitive dogs.
Her two dogs are Floyd, an 8-year-old rescue from Cyprus, and Tillie, a 16-year-old Jack Russell x Chihuahua. Tillie has struggled with colitis and digestive issues for several years, so Dawn has spent a lot of time learning what works for sensitive dogs. She currently thrives on a combination of steamed Nutriment, SmartBarf and Aniforte Turkey cans.
If your dog struggles with a sensitive tummy, jelly poos, or digestive issues, Dawn is always happy to share what's worked for Tillie and help you explore options for your own dog.
Steve – The Man Who Keeps Everything Moving 📦
If you've ever collected an order, received a delivery, or wondered how everything somehow ends up in the right place, there's a good chance Steve had something to do with it!
Steve works largely behind the scenes, helping run our South Woodham Ferrers Hub and keeping stock flowing between locations. Without him, things would get chaotic very quickly.
At home he has a cockerpoo who keeps him entertained with an ongoing feud against a local fox. His dream dog is actually a giant Mastiff, ideally on a farm somewhere with acres of space. Until then, he'll settle for helping keep All Raw running smoothly.
Lola – Newest Team Member, Biggest Riley Fan 🐾
Lola is our newest team member and has quickly become part of the furniture. She's loved learning about raw feeding and seeing first-hand the difference it can make.
Her dog Riley is a cockerpoo who turns 13 this August. Despite his age, he still has plenty of energy, loves long walks, sunbathing, sofa naps, sprats and Frozzys ice cream.
Since switching to Bella & Duke, alongside Tummy Tastic and Liver Love, Lola has seen a huge difference in Riley's energy levels and overall wellbeing. She says it's like he's got his spark back, which is exactly what we love hearing.
Lou – Big Dog Enthusiast & Itchy Dog Detective 🌿
Lou works alongside Lola in our Chelmsford store and is rarely standing still. If something needs stocking, organising, cleaning or sorting, chances are Lou is already doing it.
She shares her home with two very special dogs: Stellios, a 70kg Mastiff with a surprisingly fussy appetite, and Pig, her much-loved blue Staffy.
Stellios thrives on chunks and heart, which Lou loves recommending for larger dogs. Pig, meanwhile, has struggled with allergies and itchy skin. One product that made a remarkable difference for her was colostrum, which helped improve her skin and even supported hair regrowth.
Lou is passionate about natural remedies and herbal support. She attended the Natural Dog Expo this year and is always keen to learn more. At home she loves gardening and letting her dogs self-select herbs from the garden, something she finds fascinating to watch.
If you have an itchy dog, Lou firmly believes there's always something worth exploring and is always happy to share ideas.
